Cognitive Behavioral

The goals of IFS therapy are to help people identify and accept the different parts of themselves and heal the parts that are wounded.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a mind-body technique that helps clients gain voluntary control over certain body functions that are involuntary (i.e. heartrate) which can decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression.
